We’re thrilled to share the progress of our current front yard renovation project. After collaborating with a talented exterior designer, this home is about to undergo a stunning transformation that will not only enhance its curb appeal but also elevate the entire exterior experience.

Exterior Makeover

The front of the house is being completely reimagined with a fresh new look. We’re applying a sleek grey color to the entire façade, complemented by bold black trim on the aluminium windows and contemporary lighting, creating a striking modern aesthetic.

Entrance Feature

The entrance will be a true focal point with a luxurious micro-cement finish, adding texture and sophistication to the entryway. To tie it all together, both the front door and garage door will be painted black, creating a cohesive, elegant look.

Driveway & Fencing

The front driveway is receiving a much-needed facelift, providing a more welcoming entrance. All fencing and the garbage bin storage area will also be repainted to maintain a polished and unified exterior.

Balcony & Staircase Updates

The top balcony will be resurfaced with micro-cement for a sleek, seamless finish, while the existing balustrading and stair handrails are being replaced with stylish black slat balustrading. This change adds both modern flair and enhanced safety to the space.

Walkway & Garden

We’re redoing the front walkway and stairs with beautiful limestone tiles, bringing a natural, timeless feel to the property. The garden area will also be completely redesigned to complement the new aesthetic, creating a lush, welcoming outdoor space that harmonizes with the home’s new look.
